Dear family and friends,
Brant's knee tune-up went extremely well today and he spent the day camped on the couch.
Grayson looked with much curiosity at the bandage wrappings on Brant's knee and even more at the unfamiliar crutches. He was particularly tender with his dad today and the love he feels is quite apparent.
We all kept a pretty low profile tonight and let Brant snooze and spend the whole evening watching TV – a rare treat for him.
Thank God for insurance, good surgeons, nurses and anesthesiologists.
My boys are all snuggled safe in their beds.
