Day 298 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Grayson had Art Therapy this evening. Something about the assignment bothered him so it didn't go well. His ever-alert RA whisked him out to let him chill for a few minutes then he was fine. He went back into the session and had a delightful evening chatting with two of the residential treatment coordinators until the session was over.

When I talked to Grayson this evening, it was almost time to get ready for bed. We talked about coming home for a visit this weekend and he was excited about it. In fact, we get to have him for two nights this week. His occupational therapist will be driving down to do a home evaluation for the care of a significantly disabled brain injured patient. She agreed to bring Grayson with her, saving us the trip up to Bakersfield to get him!

How cool is that!
