Day 513 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Today Grayson was off to the clinic for one of his three days this week. His new caregiver Sarah was here to get him up and ready for his day, then they both went off to the clinic – Grayson for therapy and Sarah for training on working with the brain injured. Her training will enable her to provide a therapeutic environment here at home when his insurance-approved therapy benefit runs out, and that day is coming very soon.

Grayson and I had a nice evening together – shopping for some salad vegetables, making dinner, doing chores and watching a little TV for a reward. He had a pretty good day and was alert and even a bit talkative when prompted!
