Dear family and friends
Today started with us taking Grayson for a routine visit to the cardiologist. It ended with him in the hospital – a surprising, scary and fortuitous turn of events.
We arrived and met our new cardiologist and other members of Grayson's new cardiac team. During the course of the exam and device interrogation they discovered that Grayson was having an incident of atrial flutter. He was admitted for treatment at 1:00 PM today. They will treat medically overnight then perform a procedure in the morning. If all goes well he will home on Saturday.
The turn of events is fortuitous because it was caught very early in the event and at a place where treatment could begin immediately. God is still looking out for us.
When Grayson is in the hospital, so is Regina. He needs someone to speak for him and no one does it better than Mom. She stayed with him all day, and will remain with him through the duration if I know my wife! If they get out as planned, they should be home Saturday night – just in time for Easter Vigil!
Pax!

God's Peace my friends!! May Jesus' hand of healing work through those doctors. We'll be praying for a special Easter Vigil for Grayson and the whole Reed family...especially strength for Mom too! Love you all.
