Dear family and friends
Today was a full and wonderful day! We started out at church to celebrate Holy Trinity – perhaps the feast day most difficult to understand. Today there was also a baptism and the blessing of high school graduates – both emotional events. After church there was a well attended Father’s Day BBQ. By the time we left church at 2:00 the day was already pretty full of love, emotion and blessings!
This evening, Austin and Xixi joined us for dinner at Clancy’s Crab Broiler. There we enjoyed great company and great food. Among the thoughtful gifts I received was a card from Grayson. I was particularly impressed with it because he addressed and signed the card himself. This is the first time that Grayson has written something even vaguely legible since his incident exactly 19 months ago.
