Day 676 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Today we were somewhat back to normal at the Reed Haus. Grayson was relatively alert today and that is good! After work today we went on our walk up the canyon and back for the first time in a while. The cardiac kids in this family need the movement!

I did notice that Grayson did a much better job keeping up with me on our walk today. He'll normally take a few steps, like 2 or 3, with me at my pace then fall back in to his normal saunter. Today he walked a lot of the way with his hand on my shoulder to keep pace with me. Other times he stayed pretty close while I was walking at a pretty good clip. The exercise is good for Grayson. It doesn't do me any harm either!
