Day 639 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Regina tells me that they worked on speaking and singing today. She complimented him on his (prompted) pronunciation and that he tried and did his best. What more could one ask of a Scout?

After I arrived home Grayson and I went for a walk. Our usual mile took extra long today – mostly because I don't think that there was any way possible that he could walk any slower and remain awake. I probably walked a mile and a half looping back to encourage him to move along!

Just as we were approaching the house from our walk, our neighbor's daughter Annabella, was walking toward us. She stopped and we had a delightful chat. Since we moved into the neighborhood (Grayson was almost 2), she has gone from high school to college to grad school and is now married and living on the east coast. She had a short visit home this week but it was great to see her again.

We are blessed by the people that surround us!

Pax!

Brant
