Day 358 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Grayson had a good day today!

Grayson woke up a bit more alert than normal, and went through his morning routine more easily than usual. He had a neurologist appointment this morning so the day was different than his routine!

This must be "medical week" because Grayson has a series of cardio tests at UCLA tomorrow. We are now actively trying to establish or reestablish a medical team that can follow and participate in Grayson's care as he continues his journey since his return from Bakersfield.

All in all, Grayson did quite well today. This evening he played with the Wii with far less supervision than normal.

In other news Austin, Grayson's longest roommate to date (they shared a room from late 1989 until Grayson moved to USC in 2004), turned 23 today. Austin celebrated his natal day with a late rugby practice. We are exceedingly proud of Austin as we are of all of our kids. Happy Birthday, Austin!
