Day 331 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

I have said to Regina, "Since Grayson has returned home, this blog sounds more like OUR journey than Grayson's!" It certainly is all interconnected now that he is back in our home.

Grayson had a good day. He was a bit more aware than his usual, and he was very cooperative and helpful today. This evening when I was unloading the dishwasher, without being asked Grayson went to the flatware basket and started putting the pieces away. There is a pattern in the flatware drawer, salad forks, dinner forks, soup spoons, etc. and he is able to follow that pattern and successfully accomplish a task. I was thrilled, and this is huge – no cueing or asking – he just did it!

It is amazing how wonderful such little things can be, isn't it?

Pax!

Brant
