Dear family and friends
Grayson appears to be getting over his cold (finally!) and
also seems to be on an upswing mental cycle. He has been increasingly more
alert these past few days, more active and focused and even speaking a bit more
clearly (the few words he does use). Perhaps he is feeling better (I can
understand that!), perhaps he is starting an “up” cycle, or perhaps it is a
combination of both. We’ll take it!
There is lots of buzz around the Reed Haus these days with
the master suite remodel (repair actually, but “remodel” sounds so much
nicer!). Things are progressing rapidly and we hope to keep on at this pace to
get back in our bedroom soon. While we always wanted a bedroom with a vaulted
ceiling, a fireplace and a balcony, the living room was not what we had in
mind!

I wonder how the apple-cart upset of remodel/repair seems to Grayson. It must be exciting and puzzling at the same time. Glad he's on an upswing for awhile.
