Dear family and friends
Today the house was filled with family and friends, talking
and laughter. All of the kids were here – Austin and Xixi, Lauren and Zach, and
Lauren’s friend from high school – Jenna. For several hours this evening the
chatter and activity reminded me of days gone by – and we were only too happy
to be back there again!
Grayson loves a crowd like this. He listens in to
conversations intently and laughs at the funny parts of the stories. He was a
happy camper all evening.
I leave for Hawaii tomorrow to spend the better part of a week
to give Regina’s father a hand, so Regina will have her hands full for yet
another week. It has been an unusual heavy period of business and personal
travel!
