Day 334 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Today Grayson started day therapy at CNS in Encino. Grayson did well with the new therapists. Because his attention span is less than 10 minutes on any particular task, it sure makes for sloooow progress. All of the therapists remarked that it is a good thing he has such a loving personality.

Regina met with a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, and a speech therapist. She also spent several hours with a case manager discussing medical and financial resources, cost of in-home assistance, nutritional supplements to aid in brain healing, legal resources, training available for in-home aides and how to make sure that the needs of the care givers are met.

It was a full, but good, day!
