Day 901 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

I worked from home today. A little while after Anishka left Grayson wandered into my office and said, "How's it going?" I about fell off my chair! Grayson is very non-verbal anymore, he rarely uses more than two words in a row and he almost never initiates a conversation. I quickly gathered my wits and said, "Great! How is it with you?" "Good." Was the reply – a bit more typical for Grayson. Even when you think that you know what to expect, there is the surprise.

I am dying to know what is going on in that mind. Something is cooking but we have no idea what. Perhaps someday we will have the ability to get a glimpse.
