Day 250 – Grayson’s Journey

Dear family and friends

Its Friday night Movie Night! Tonight, however, Grayson decided to stay home. He did his chores (laundry and made his bed), his therapeutic home program (THP), and then made dinner (under the watchful eye of his residential assistant (RA)). After dinner he took out the trash, checked the mail and took a stroll around the grounds.

After his walk, Grayson got a rare treat – two hours of his favorite TV show – America's Funniest Home Videos. His RA said that he laughed almost the entire time!

I waited until after the show to call and talk to him. It was 9:00 and he was ready for bed – late for Grayson. When I asked him what show he watched tonight, he said, "I don't know."

Memory is a precious thing.
